Supervised Transitional Living Program

The facility is a 12-bed home that is designed to provide an individualized support system for at-risk youth ages 16 to 21. They provide residential services to youth that otherwise do not have other living arrangements. The goal is to provide a stable living environment paired with the implementation of life skills education and counseling to help youth attain self-sufficiency and maintain independence following their time in our program.
